Brendo's Housemade Pasta
Farfalle can be prepared with any sauce but is best suited for cream or tomato sauces.
We recommend sautéing cherry tomatoes and garlic in hot olive oil until the tomatoes start to break down and form a sauce. Season with salt, add cooked farfalle, and a touch of pasta water if needed. Plate and garnish with fresh herbs and some shaved parmesan.
Each 8oz package serves 1-2 people.
- Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil
- Add frozen pasta and boil 4-6 minutes, or until al dente.
- Strain, reserving pasta water to add to your pasta if needed, and add to your desired sauce.
- Season, plate, and enjoy!
