Halibut Fish Cakes - NEW!

Flaked pacific halibut with mashed Yukon potatoes, bacon chive & tarragon. 2 x 7oz portions.

Thaw completely, overnight in a refrigerator before cooking.
Pan-Fried- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Gently place the fish cakes in the hot oil. Fry until crispy and golden around the bottom edge, flip can continue to fry on the other side (4-5 minutes per side). Cook until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
Baked- Preheat oven to 375F. Place thawed fish cakes on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
Deep-Fried- Heat oil to 350F. Gently place fish cakes in the oil. Fry for 4-8 minutes, or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165F is reached
