Roasted Squash & Ricotta Ravioli

 Recommend Preparation:

Ravioli can be prepared with any sauce but is best suited for heavier sauces or sautéed in butter.

we recommend browning butter until it just started to caramelize and present with a nutty aroma. Add cooked ravioli and sauté. Season with salt and plate. Garnish with shaved pecorino cheese, toasted hazelnuts, & sage.



Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil.
  2. Add frozen pasta and boil 7-10 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Strain, reserving pasta water to add to your pasta if needed, and add to your desired sauce.
  4. Season, plate, and enjoy!

pasta: durum wheat flour, wheat flour, eggs, filling: butternut squash, ricotta, sage, salt, nutmeg
