Mushroom, Spinach & Goat Cheese Torteloni

Recommend Preparation:

Torteloni can be prepared with any sauce but is best suited for lighter/thinner sauces, or sautéed in butter.

We recommend caramelizing some diced bacon. Add some finely chopped garlic, sauté and deglaze with a splash of white wine. Add some cream, goat cheese, cooked torteloni, and some pasta water. Season with salt and plate. Garnish with cracked pepper and fresh chopped parsley.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil.
  2. Add frozen pasta and boil 7-10 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Strain, reserving pasta water to add to your pasta if needed, and add to your desired sauce.
  4. Season, plate, and enjoy!
