NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID OUTSIDE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA, SASKATCHEWAN, MANITOBA, ONTARIO, NEW BRUNSWICK, NOVA SCOTIA, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR, YUKON, NORTHWEST TERRITORIES AND NUNAVUT, CANADA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Unimaginable Okanagan Experience for Two by Time Family of Wines Ltd Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least nineteen (19) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor (as defined below), and any other companies associated with the promotion or administration of the Contest, as well as their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win.
Entrants must be able to book their trip and complete travel within one (1) year (12 months) of the Contest close date. If a selected winner is unable to meet these requirements, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner.
2. SPONSOR
The Contest is sponsored by Time Family of Wines Ltd, operating in the Province of British Columbia, Canada (“Sponsor”), with its principal place of business located at 361 Martin Street, Penticton, BC V2A 5K6.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Contest constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein and/or required by applicable law.
4. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM PST and ends on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted only during the Contest Period.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may enter the Contest in either of the following ways:
(a) Online Entry: Visit https://www.timewines.ca/hey-canada-whats-your-bubble-its-time-to-evolve and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. By entering the Contest online, you acknowledge and agree that you will be automatically subscribed to the Sponsor’s mailing list and may receive promotional communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in such communications.
(b) Mail-in Entry: Send a standard postcard, postage prepaid, with the following information: “Contest: Time Family of Wines Ltd Experience for Two,” your first and last name, mailing address, city, province, postal code, e-mail address. Mail entries to:
Time Family of Wines Ltd, 361 Martin Street, Penticton, BC V2A 5K6, Attn: George James.
Entrants using this alternative method of entry will not be subscribed to the Sponsor’s mailing list.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received in excess of this limit will be void.
6. PRIZE DRAWING; ODDS OF WINNING
On or about November 4, 2025, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before the prize will be awarded.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email on or about November 4, 2025. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email address provided at the time of entry.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first attempted notification, fails to respond, is deemed ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. In such event, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Each selected winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release Form (in a form provided by the Sponsor) within five (5) business days of attempted notification in order to claim the prize. Failure to timely return the completed Declaration will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and applicable law. The Sponsor will take reasonable steps to ensure that the prize is fulfilled within approximately thirty (30) calendar days after the conclusion of the Contest (the “Award Period”).
8. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
One (1) contest winner will receive an Unimaginable Okanagan Experience by Time Family of Wines Ltd Experience for Two with an approximate retail value of up to CAD $3,000. The prize package includes:
- One (1) travel voucher valued at CAD $1,000, redeemable toward flights with either Air Canada or WestJet (at winner’s choice).
- Two (2) nights’ standard accommodation in Penticton, British Columbia (hotel to be determined at Sponsor’s discretion).
- CAD $200 credit toward ground transportation within Penticton.
- One (1) Bubbles + Bites Experience at Evolve Sparkling House.
- One (1) Winery Tour and Sabering Experience at Chronos Winery.
- One (1) four-course dinner for two (2) at OROLO Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.
- Two (2) hour bike rental to explore the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
- Advance booking is mandatory with a minimum of fifteen (15) business days’ notice.
- Prize must be redeemed within one (1) year of the contest close date.
- Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Prize experiences must be redeemed Monday through Thursday only; long weekends and statutory holidays are excluded. Availability during July and August is very limited.
- All bookings are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
- The winner is solely responsible for booking flights and all other travel arrangements. Travel insurance and medical insurance are highly recommended and are the responsibility of the winner.
- No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for unused portions of the prize.
- The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly included above, including but not limited to meals (other than those specified), additional transportation, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance, and incidentals.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, delay, rescheduling, or other changes to travel or experience components beyond its control.
- An air travel voucher will be issued in the winner’s name. The winner is solely responsible for booking and managing all flight arrangements. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for flight availability, cancellations, delays, changes, or any resulting costs, losses, or damages.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, force majeure, fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention, or other technical problem, or in the event that the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Contest to remedy the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be engaging in unsportsmanlike or disruptive conduct. This reserved right is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights and remedies available to the Sponsor at law or in equity.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and any other remedies from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, any other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to:
(a) technical errors or failures of any kind, including but not limited to lost, interrupted, or unavailable internet service providers (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections; miscommunications; failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower, or cable transmissions; or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;
(b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest;
(c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, typographical, or other errors;
(d) application downloads or malfunctions related thereto;
(e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of winners, the cancellation or postponement of any related event, the incorrect downloading or processing of entries, or in any Contest-related materials; or
(f) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind, to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Entrants further agree that, in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ aggregate liability shall be limited to the entrant’s actual cost of entering and participating in the Contest, if any, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees or court costs.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor expressly disclaims, and entrants expressly waive, the right to claim any punitive, consequential, incidental, or other indirect damages, regardless of the cause and regardless of the legal theory on which such damages may be based.
11. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in British Columbia, Canada. Entrant hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any and all objections thereto, including without limitation objections based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would apply the laws of any other jurisdiction.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.timewines.ca/privacy-policy/ . By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and for any additional purposes described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
13. WINNER LIST
To request the name(s) of the Contest winner(s), send either:
(a) a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

(b) an email to info@timewines.ca.
Winner list requests will only be accepted after the conclusion of the Contest Period and must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the prize has been awarded.
14. PERIODIC EMAILS
By checking “YES” to receive periodic emails in connection with this Contest, you consent to Time Family of Wines Ltd contacting you with updates and promotional material regarding special events and promotions relating to this project and other projects that may be of interest.
This information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Time Family Wine’s Privacy Policy and will be kept strictly confidential. Entrants may withdraw consent to receive such communications at any time by contacting Time Family of Wines Ltd at info@timewines.ca or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in future communications.
If you enter the Contest through the alternative method of entry (mail-in), you will not be subscribed to the Sponsor’s mailing list.
