It is conveniently located adjacent to OROLO Restaurant + Cocktail Bar, allowing guests to taste, sip and savour while furthering your wine knowledge and explore delicious food pairings all under one roof.

Wine lovers have the pleasure of exploring an array of meticulously crafted vintages, each representing the dedication and passion that Chronos, Evolve Cellars and McWatters Collection are known for. From elegant whites to bold reds, there is a wine to suit every palate and occasion.
Portfolio Tasting
An introduction to the TIME Family of Wines portfolio, with selections curated by our winery team for your enjoyment. Try a selection from our premium BC VQA wine family: Chronos and McWatters Collection. *select Evolve Cellars wines included when available*
• Cost: $10.00 per person, refundable with 2 bottle purchase.
• Duration: 20-30 minutes.
• Group size: Maximum 4 guests per tasting.
• Reservations: Recommended but not required.
Signature Wine Thief Tasting
Go behind the scenes and join us in the cellar to sample some of our most outstanding wines. This tasting begins with a sparkling wine teaser followed by four of our award winning BC VQA wines. Wine lovers enjoy a tour of the barrel cellar and a sneak peek at future vintages straight from the barrel.
• Cost: $15 per person.
• Group size: Maximum 6 guests per tasting.
• Reservations: Required 12 hours in advance of arrival.
• Cancellations: Non-refundable within 24 hours of arrival.
Sabre School Tasting
A must-do for all sparkling lovers! Learn the storied history of sparkling wine, its production, and the technique for safely sabring bottles, then enjoy the fruits of your labour at your table. Sommelier-approved sabres are available for purchase to show off your new skills at home.
• Cost: Depending on bottle selected.
• Bottle: Chronos Brut or McWatters Collection Brut.
• Group size: 2 to 4 guests. Only 1 person will sabre a bottle.
• Reservations: Required 12 hours in advance of arrival.
