A Sparkling Brunch Experience
Brut + Brunch is a curated, three-course sparkling brunch experience, offered in a limited-run pop-up format at Evolve Sparkling House.
Designed as a wine-forward experience, each course is thoughtfully paired with Evolve’s sparkling wines, highlighting balance, texture, and the wines’ natural versatility. From the first pour to the final bite, this seated brunch unfolds at an unhurried pace, inviting guests to linger, connect, and savour the pairing journey.

Cuvée + Cacao invites you to slow down and experience how intentional wine blends, both sparkling and still, interact with thoughtfully curated chocolate pairings, all served in a relaxed, seated format.
Unhurried, refined, and quietly indulgent, Cuvée + Cacao is about taking the time to taste with intention; one sip, one bite at a time.
