Built within a revitalized movie theatre, our winery is the home to TIME Winery, Chronos, McWatters Collection, and Evolve Cellars family of wine brands. At TIME Winery & Kitchen, guests can sip the latest vintages and explore the inner workings of a fully-functional winery. Open to the public since 2018, TIME Winery & Kitchen has an indoor restaurant and outdoor patio that can host both public and private events. Penticton natives know TIME Winery & Kitchen as the birthplace of the Original TIME Burger. As word quickly spread throughout the province, this top-selling burger now attracts guests from all over.
