Lighten Up is an invitation to explore sparkling wine from a fresh perspective where balance, intention, and pleasure meet without compromise.
Designed for those looking to sip a little lighter, this guided tasting features three sparkling wines, highlighting our Dealcoholized Sparkles and Light Sparkles – 7%, alongside a Traditional Method Sparkling at 12%.

Flight Mode

Sparkle at your own pace. Our Seated Tasting invites you to sink into the moment and explore a curated flight of four Evolve wines—your choice of an all-sparkling lineup or a playful mix of two sparkling and two still. Whether you’re soaking up Okanagan sunshine on the patio or settling down indoors, this 45-minute experience is all about sipping with purpose, discovering your favourites, and connecting with our craft. Bold, vibrant, and totally unpretentious—just how we like it.

Cuvée + Cacao

Cuvée + Cacao invites you to slow down and experience how intentional wine blends, both sparkling and still, interact with thoughtfully curated chocolate pairings in a relaxed, seated format. This experience highlights the craftsmanship behind both wine and chocolate, with each pairing designed to enhance flavour, texture, and balance. As you move through the tasting, thoughtful pairing notes offer insight into the wines, cacao selections, and how each element comes together. Unhurried, refined, and quietly indulgent, Cuvée + Cacao is about taking the time to taste with intention; one sip, one bite at a time.

Bubbles + Bites

Where bubbles meet bites. This thoughtfully crafted 60-minute tasting features five Evolve wines, each paired with an artful amuse-bouche by our friends at OROLO. Designed to enhance every note and nuance, this guided journey brings wine and food into full, delicious harmony. Perfect for curious palates, special celebrations, or anyone ready to go deeper into the sparkle. Designed as a wine-forward experience, each course is thoughtfully paired with Evolve’s sparkling wines, highlighting balance, texture, and the wines’ natural versatility. From the first pour to the final bite, this seated brunch unfolds at an unhurried pace, inviting guests to linger, connect, and savour the pairing journey.
